The Queensland Property Council has recognised King Street, Bowen Hills (commonly known as Kings Co-op) in the 2018 Awards. Kings Co-Op took home the Excellence in Food Retailing, Judges’ Commendation Award and was Runner-up for the Retail Property of the Year Award. Kings Co-op is located at the site of the well known Sugar building and Dairy Industry Hall and is part of a three stage $2.9 billion 15 year regeneration project at Brisbane Showgrounds.
