Congratulations to our client Lendlease on their recognition at the 2021 ICSC CenterBuild Awards in the US, with Sunshine Plaza taking home the Silver Award in the Renovations/Expansions Category (Retail projects over 500,000 sq. ft. of total retail space).
In collaboration with CallisonRTKL, Buchan undertook architectural, interior design and branding services on this innovative redevelopment which has transformed the Centre into a leading lifestyle destination that reflects the Sunshine Coast’s rich natural beauty and coastal lifestyle while delivering a unique experience for both customers and the local community.
