Dale Cottages ARMADALE, WA
Dale Cottages retirement village in Armadale, WA, has undergone a number of developments over its 20 years. The village houses 250 residents in duplexes, units and a 2-storey hostel, and there is a bowling green and Senior Citizens' Centre. The Buchan Group completed a master plan for the redevelopment of the facility in 2003, and designed a new, low-care 20-bed hostel and 15 independent living units. The flexible design enables the conversion to high-care if required. In 2006, a further stage was completed, comprising 18 independent living units.
