Hallensteins Building CHRISTCHURCH, NZ
A landmark corner site in the heart of the Christchurch CBD and retail precinct afforded a unique opportunity to create a building which would be a flagship store for Hallensteins, one of New Zealand's pre-eminent retailers. The upper levels were designed as office space and accommodate the Unlimited Paenga Tawhiti School . The Buchan Group worked with Opus International, Christchurch, on the $5 M+ project for Hallenstein Property. It was completed in 2005.
