Robina Town Centre GOLD COAST, QLD
Improved sightlines, a substantial increase in the lettable area and an inviting, semi-open environment were achieved by the redesign of Bazaar Street at QIC's Robina Town Centre, a major regional shopping centre in South East Queensland. The new design was the first stage of an upgraded master plan for the town centre and created a lively, cohesive shopping street leading to the Town Square.
Stage 2, Arbour Lane, created a second, meandering street, lightly enclosed by a high roof but open at both ends and leading to the Town Square that is the central focus of the Centre. The project was completed in 2004.
