Home Central Kawana breaks new ground in bulky goods retailing, with a series of varied, individual structures that maximise street exposure and reduce building mass while creating interest. Vehicle access, internal circulation and street exposure have been successfully resolved and buildings have been alternately located to the street and rear boundaries to create car 'courts' to ensure convenient parking across the site.
The $80 M project by Leighton Properties opened in 2006.
