Lou Cotter has extensive experience in site and master planning, project feasibility, concept design and design on a range of architectural and interiors projects. His projects include the Alluvion Tower, Curtin University Aboriginal Studies Centre, BG+E Perth Offices, 226 Adelaide Terrace, One Brighton Apartments, the refurbishment of 150 St George’s Terrace, and the multi-award-winning Cloisters Redevelopment. Currently, Lou is leading the Group’s team on the Melbourne Hotel, a Fremantle Mixed Use development, and the William Square Redevelopment.
Ken Musto is a Director of the Perth office and is a skilled retail planner and designer, and also has specialist expertise in marketing and job management. His projects include Galleria Morley, Cockburn Gateway, Rockingham City, Cable Beach Resort, St Georges Square, and many more. He has taking a leading role on Cockburn Gateway Stages 2, 3 and 4, Kingsway City expansion, Lakelands, and Belmont Forum. Ken is also in charge of Vicinity Centre's Shopping Centre Portfolio in WA, which include; Galleria, Maddington, Halls Head, Dianella, Flinders, and Karratha.
Andre is a highly motivated Project Leader / Architect specialising in the design and execution of major international retail lead mixed-use projects. He is comfortable working as an individual and more so leading a team in a collaborative team environment.He enjoys the challenge of working on international projects spanning across borders and cultures. He has extensive experience across a wide range of building types with the scale of projects ranging from single residential to large mixed-use schemes and master plans. Recently completed projects include Halls Head Central and Lakelands Town Centre. Andre is currently leading teams for Galleria Morley, Lakelands, and Belmont Forum.
